Erez Nachum didn't stumble into the roofing business. He grew up in it. With years of hands-on experience in general construction, he learned every trade from the ground up — what makes a structure last, what separates quality work from a quick fix, and what homeowners deserve from the contractors they trust with their biggest investment.
A few years ago, Erez and his wife Hannah packed up, and decided to move to Miami to start their family here. Not just to find work. To build something. A home. A community. A business they'd be proud of.
Miami welcomed them. And SIA Roofing was born.
Today, based in Miami and serving communities across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties, SIA Roofing is more than a roofing company — it's the Nachum family's commitment to this community, one roof at a time. Hannah Chloe Nachum
Co-Founder — Accounting & Scheduling
Hannah is the backbone of SIA Roofing's operations. She manages all financial operations, ensures every project stays on schedule, and makes sure clients always know what's happening and when. Behind every smooth project delivery is Hannah making it happen.

When Erez was working in construction, he saw the same story play out time and again: homeowners would hire someone they found online or through a flyer, hand over their trust — and their money — and get back sloppy work, missed deadlines, and zero accountability.
